It looks one of my friends, Hue bridge V3 and Hue Bridge V4 , is not connecting. His Hue app says that ,there is no connection, and tap to restore the connection. When he did that, it asked him to connect the bridge by pushing the center button. What does he have to do to fix this Hue bridges connection issue?

The first situation is seems like that the Hue bridge V3 and V4 ‘s all-blue light should be on in Blue, the center button ring should be on and blue, so all connections should be fine from a connecting point of view
In the second situation, it seems like Bridge is connected with an ethernet cable to his main Deco M9 (the Mesh network). The Deco is connecting via ethernet to his router and handles all the traffic in the house. The router has no other connections and WiFi should be turned off, The Deco goes in a switch for all ethernet things and his one and only WiFi mess
Hue is integrated in his Home kit app, from which he is still able to control all his lights He tried to restart the Hue Bridge, and he restarted his iPhone, but nothing work for him
